Refund policy
At Past Portal LLC, we want you to love every nostalgic item you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns are accepted for:

Incorrect size or product

Damaged or defective items

Manufacturing or printing errors

To start a return, email us at support@pastportal.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (for U.S. customers) and instructions for sending your item back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Limited edition or final sale products

Gift cards or digital downloads
-
Collectible memorabilia once unsealed or opened
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirming approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or design?

The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct one.

If your order was damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or card account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@pastportal.com.
6. In-Person (Pop-Up Event) Purchases
Items bought in person at events or pop-ups can be returned within 14 days with a receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment form or store credit.
